Proximity Mills waterproof hardwood changes the equation by using multiple options including water-resistant cores, High Density Fiberboard/HDF cores, SPC/Stone Polymer Cores, and other modern solutions.Β Β

No more hovering over guests with paper towels. From dropped ice cubes to dishwashing splashes, our waterproof seal prevents liquid from penetrating the seam lines or damaging the core.
Our wear layer is fortified to resist micro-scratches from active dogs and daily family foot traffic, preserving the rich, matte finish for the long haul.
Because it handles moisture with ease, you can run the exact same plank continuously from your front entryway through the living room, kitchen, and mudroom without unsightly transition strips.
Keep your floors looking pristine with simple sweeping and damp mopping. No specialty waxes, oil soaps, or complicated refinishing schedules required.
Proximity Mills hardwood is real hardwood! The top layer is genuine, sliced hardwood, which gives you authentic grain, natural texture, and organic color variation. Beneath the real wood surface sits the water-resistant core, providing the structural stability that solid timber cannot offer.
You can install Proximity Mills waterproof hardwood floors on any level of your home. Unlike traditional hardwood flooring restricted to above-grade dry areas only, Proximity Mills waterproof hardwood options can be safely installed in basements, kitchens, laundry rooms, entryways, and bathrooms over standard subfloors. When installing Proximity Mills hardwood flooring in bathrooms, avoid bleach-based cleaners commonly used when cleaning bathrooms.Β
Regular sweeping or vacuuming with a hard-floor setting will handle the everyday dust and debris in your home. For deeper waterproof hardwood cleaning, you can use a damp mop with a pH-neutral hardwood cleaner. Since the hardwood surface is completely waterproof, routine household spills will not ruin your subfloor or cup your waterproof hardwood planks.
